End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and JJMK Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Rewoven mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create, store, and share content through the App's features

2. Account Registration

To use Rewoven, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through Rewoven ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your content on our servers
• Display your content to users you authorize
• Process your content as necessary to provide the Services

Content Responsibilities: You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain malicious software or harmful code
• Include content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violate the privacy rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Collaborative Features

Rewoven enables collaboration on life stories. When using collaborative features:

• Story Owners: Control who can access and contribute to their stories
• Contributors: May add content to stories they're invited to
• Viewers: May view but not modify story content

You agree to respect the collaborative nature of the platform and the rights of other users.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Rewoven may offer subscription-based features:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are displayed in the App before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect user data without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer your license rights

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by JJMK Studios and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Rewoven name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of JJMK Studios.

8. Privacy

Your use of Rewoven is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JJMK STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or system failures
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJMK Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately
• You must cease all use of the App
• We may delete your account and content

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of Rewoven after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JJMK Studios regarding the App
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it freely

16. Apple-Specific Terms

For users who download Rewoven from the Apple App Store:

• This Agreement is between you and JJMK Studios, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement
